What to Expect on Your Recruitment Day?
We've designed our Open Day to give you a genuine feel for life with Emirates, from Dubai to destinations across the globe.
- Welcome & Introduction: Our friendly recruitment team will provide a detailed overview of the cabin crew role, our unique company culture, and the vibrant lifestyle that awaits you in Dubai. This is your opportunity to ask questions and picture yourself as part of our global family.
- Interactive Assessment: You'll participate in engaging group activities designed to see your teamwork and communication skills in action, followed by a straightforward online test at the venue.
- Final Interview: This is our favourite part—a one-on-one conversation where we get to know the person behind the CV. We want to hear your story and understand your motivation for joining our world-class team.
Come Prepared: What to Bring?
To ensure a smooth process, please bring a valid photo ID for entry. We also request that you have the following documents saved digitally on your phone, ready to share if needed:
- An up-to-date CV written in English.
- A clear copy of your highest education certificate.
- A PDF copy of your passport.
Making a Professional First Impression:
- For Women: Please wear a smart business suit or dress, with heels. Your hair should be neatly tied back, and we recommend full makeup.
- For Men: A suit or formal business attire with formal shoes is required. Gentlemen should be clean-shaven, with hair neatly presented.
Is This You?
We are searching for individuals who bring more than just a smile—they bring a genuine spirit of hospitality and professionalism. To be considered, you should meet the following criteria:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Hold a minimum of high school (Grade 12) education.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage).
- A natural team player with a confident, outgoing personality.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- At least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm.
- Have no visible tattoos while in the Emirates cabin crew uniform.
- Able to meet all UAE employment visa requirements.

Your Earnings Package
As a Grade II Cabin Crew member, your monthly salary is competitively structured to reflect your flying time.
- Average Total Monthly Pay: Approximately AED 11,244 (around USD 3,061*)
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying Pay: AED 69.6 per hour (based on an average of 80-100 flight hours monthly)
*This is an illustrative figure for a new crew member in Economy Class.
