What Happens at Our Open Day?
Think of it as an experience, not just an interview. We've designed the day to give you a genuine feel for life at Emirates while we get to know you. Here's how it unfolds:
- Welcome & Introduction: We'll kick things off by introducing you to the Emirates way of life—what it's really like to work as Cabin Crew, the adventures that await, and what makes Dubai such an incredible place to call home.
- Interactive Assessment: You'll then take part in engaging group activities designed to showcase your teamwork and natural approach to service. Following that, there will be an online test completed at the venue.
- Final Conversation: For those who progress, we'll sit down for a more personal chat. This is where we'd love to hear your story, understand your motivations, and explore why you'd be a fantastic addition to our diverse team.
Before You Arrive
Please remember to bring a valid ID for entry. It's also helpful to have digital copies of the following documents saved on your phone, ready to share if requested:
- An up-to-date CV in English
- A copy of your education certificate
- A PDF copy of your passport
Dressing for Success
First impressions matter, and we ask that you arrive dressed to reflect the professional standards we uphold:
For Women: Hair neatly tied back, full makeup applied, business attire, and heels.
For Men: Hair neatly presented, clean-shaven, a suit or smart business attire, and formal work shoes.
Are You the One We're Looking For?
We're searching for more than just qualifications—we're looking for personality, warmth, and a natural ability to connect. To be considered, you should meet the following criteria:
- Be a confident, fluent communicator in both written and spoken English. Speaking additional languages is a welcome advantage.
- Have a naturally warm and shining personality and be a genuine team player at heart.
- Be at least 21 years old with a minimum of high school (Grade 12) education.
- Bring at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Meet the physical requirements: at least 160cm tall with a reach of 212cm.
- Have no visible tattoos while in uniform and be eligible to meet UAE employment visa requirements.
A Life Less Ordinary: Your Rewards Package

Your Earnings (Grade II - Economy Class)
Your salary is structured around three components: a fixed basic salary, hourly flying pay, and overseas meal allowances. On average, Cabin Crew earn approximately AED 11,244 per month (around USD 3,061*). This is based on:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying Pay: AED 69.6 per hour (averaging 80-100 flight hours monthly)
*Meal allowances for overnight stops are credited the following month. Hotel accommodation and airport transport are always provided by the company.

- Live in Dubai: Accommodation is provided free of charge in fully-furnished, shared apartments (same-gender flatmates), with all utilities included.
- Hassle-Free Commute: Company transport is provided to and from work and the Training College.
- Time to Recharge: You'll receive 30 calendar days of leave per year, plus a free annual leave ticket to your home country.
- Peace of Mind: Comprehensive medical and dental care is available at designated Emirates Clinics, along with 24/7 worldwide life and personal accident insurance. A non-contributory end-of-service benefit is also provided upon contract completion.
