We’re now seeking an experienced VIP Flight Attendant to join our Gulfstream G500 operation based in Paris Le Bourget. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an international team where precision, service artistry, and professionalism come together at the highest level.
About the Role
As a Sparfell VIP Flight Attendant, you’ll be responsible for creating a seamless inflight experience that reflects our brand’s refined standards. From ensuring passenger safety to curating elegant meal presentations and maintaining the aircraft’s immaculate appearance, your attention to detail and warm, composed presence will set the tone for every journey.
This full-time position operates on a 15 ON / 15 OFF rotation, covering both Owner and Charter flights.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional and discreet inflight service tailored to the needs of our owner and guests
- Prepare and manage bespoke catering, ensuring meals and beverages are presented with care and creativity
- Conduct detailed preflight and post-flight cabin checks to maintain readiness and comfort standards
- Oversee cabin organization, inventory management, and cleanliness at all times
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and aviation safety regulations
- Maintain a calm, confident presence in all situations, including emergencies
Who We’re Looking For?
- Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven background as a Corporate or VIP Flight Attendant in business aviation
- Strong sense of service, adaptability, and attention to personal preferences
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and a discreet, polished demeanor
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel internationally
