What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Education & Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education with a high school diploma
Language Skills
- Fluent communication skills in Polish—essential for the role
- Fluent English at a minimum B2 level—clear communication is key
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese will be a strong advantage
Experience & Skills
- Customer service experience—you know how to connect with people
- Ability to work under stress—you remain composed in challenging situations
- Ability to work irregular hours—flexibility is essential in aviation
- Ability to adapt to established standards and procedures—you follow protocols with precision
- Ability to swim—essential for safety
