What the Role Involves?
As Junior Cabin Crew, your main responsibility is ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of every passenger throughout the flight. From greeting travelers at boarding to delivering attentive inflight service, you’ll make sure passengers feel welcome and cared for. You’ll also be trained to handle safety procedures and provide assistance during unexpected situations, ensuring professionalism and calm under pressure. Who We’re Looking For?
We welcome candidates who are professional, customer-focused, and motivated to learn and grow in aviation. To join our team, you should have:
- A completed secondary education (high school diploma required)
- Fluency in Polish and English (B2 level or higher)
- Additional languages—such as Hindi, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese—will be considered a valuable advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- A professional, positive attitude with high personal culture
- The ability to swim
- Availability and flexibility for a dynamic roster
- Previous customer service experience
