The Path to Joining Our Crew
Our selection process is designed to identify individuals who embody the professionalism, warmth, and resilience that define Iberia's service. Please note the following important details:
- This campaign will remain open until December 31, 2025. We will be reviewing applications and forming candidate groups on a rolling basis throughout this period.
- Previous flight experience is a mandatory requirement for this specific vacancy.
- Accuracy is crucial. Ensure your application form is fully and correctly completed, with all required documentation attached. This will determine your progression to the next stages, where original documents must be presented in person.
- If selected to move forward, you will receive a formal email with all the details to begin the process.
- The selection is structured in consecutive, eliminatory stages; success in each phase is required to advance to the next.
What You Bring to the Role?
To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following foundational requirements:
- Languages: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with a minimum level of B2+.
- Education: A minimum of Bachillerato (High School), completed Higher Vocational Training, or having passed the university entrance exam for candidates over 25. For qualifications obtained outside the EU, official recognition by the Spanish Ministry of Education is required.
- Credentials & Experience: A certified Cabin Crew training diploma and a minimum of 300 verifiable flight hours.
- Physical & Legal: A minimum height of 164 cm, nationality of an EU member country, a passport permitting unrestricted international travel, and no criminal record.
