Iberia is on the lookout for full-time Cabin Crew Members (TCP) to be based in Madrid or Barcelona, depending on operational needs. This is a great opportunity to join Spain’s flagship airline, but please note that previous flight experience is mandatory to apply.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have completed a minimum of Bachillerato (High School Diploma), completed Advanced Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior), or passed the university entrance exam for over 25s; for studies completed outside the EU, an official validation by the Spanish Ministry of Education is required. Fluency in Spanish and a B2+ level of English are necessary, along with a minimum of 300 flight hours of previous experience. Certified Cabin Crew training is required, as well as nationality of an EU member country and a passport that allows unrestricted international travel. The candidate must have a minimum height of 164 cm and no criminal record.
