Iberia is inviting motivated and service-oriented professionals to join our Cabin Crew team. This is an exciting opportunity to begin or advance your aviation career with Spain’s flagship airline, while being based in either Madrid or Barcelona depending on operational needs.
About the Selection Process
Our recruitment process will remain open until December 31, 2025, with assessments taking place in groups and on a rolling basis. To move forward, it’s essential that your application form is fully completed and that all required documentation is uploaded. On the day of your in-person assessment, you will need to present the original documents. Candidates who pass each stage will be notified via email with the details to continue to the next phase. Please note, each step of the process is eliminatory and must be passed to advance.
What We’re Looking For?
- Minimum education: High School Diploma, Advanced Vocational Training, or successful completion of the university entrance exam for candidates over 25. (If your studies were completed outside the EU, they must be officially recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education, Vocational Training, and Sports.)
- Language skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English at B2 level or higher
- Experience: A minimum of 300 hours of prior flight experience
- Valid Cabin Crew training certification
- Minimum height: 164 cm
- Citizenship: From an EU member country
- Passport: Valid, permitting unrestricted international travel
- Record: Clean criminal record
