What You'll Be Doing?
As a Royal Jordanian Flight Attendant, you'll be at the heart of the passenger experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming passengers onboard with warmth and professionalism, directing them to their seats, and assisting with hand luggage or any seating concerns
- Making clear announcements and keeping passengers informed about any delays or changes, while remaining visible and available throughout the flight to answer requests
- Leading passengers calmly and confidently in the event of an emergency, and providing first aid when needed
- Performing thorough pre-takeoff checks, including passenger seat belts and galley security
- Serving meals and refreshments according to company standards and special dietary requirements
- Demonstrating safety procedures and equipment use professionally before every flight
- Carrying out essential pre-flight duties: checking safety equipment, ensuring cabin cleanliness, verifying meal supplies, loading landing cards, and inspecting first aid equipment
- Ensuring safe passenger disembarkation at the end of each flight and conducting final cabin checks for left luggage in overhead lockers, toilets, and galleys
- Completing all flight-related paperwork, including stock control and logging any issues, while liaising effectively with ground staff
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should meet the following requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, customer service orientation, safety and security consciousness, and effective time management
- Physical requirement: Weight must be in proportion to height. Minimum height requirement: 170 cm
