Your Role: Safety, Service, and Jordanian Hospitality
As a Cabin Attendant with Royal Jordanian, you'll be the face of our airline, delivering the warm hospitality and exceptional service that define the Royal Jordanian experience. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Passenger Care & Service
- Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats, helping with hand luggage or any seating problems
- Making announcements and keeping passengers informed of any delays, always being visible in the cabin to answer any passenger requests during the flight
- Serving meals and refreshments to passengers as per company rules and regulations
- Ensuring passengers disembark safely at the end of a flight and checking that no luggage is left in the overhead lockers, toilets, and galley areas
Safety & Emergency Procedures
- Leading passengers in case of emergency and giving first aid to passengers when the need arises
- Professionally demonstrating safety procedures and equipment use before every flight for all passengers
- Checking all passenger seat belts, checking galleys, and securing them before takeoff
Pre-Flight & Post-Flight Duties
- Carrying out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy, checking that all meals are on board (including special dietary requests), relevant landing cards are loaded, and first aid equipment is checked
- Completing all flight-related paperwork (e.g., stock control, logging any faults or problems during the flight) and liaising with ground staff

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of High School Degree—your educational foundation is essential
- Proficiency in the English language—clear communication is key
- Excellent communication skills—you connect easily with passengers and colleagues
- Customer-oriented, presentable, and well-groomed—you represent Royal Jordanian with pride
- Safety and Security Consciousness—you understand that safety is always the priority
- Time management skills—you manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Position requirement: Weight must be in proportion to height (158 cm minimum)
