Your Responsibilities: The Face of Swiss Hospitality
As Cabin Crew, you'll play a vital role in creating a memorable travel experience for every passenger. Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the face of our hospitality – you represent SWISS with warmth, professionalism, and pride
- Ensuring safety comes first – you consistently and responsibly implement our high safety standards in accordance with international regulations
- Ensuring a smooth start to every assignment through careful and independent flight preparation
- Creating an outstanding guest experience with your service-oriented approach, contributing to a consistent SWISS experience
- Providing first aid and remaining calm and composed even in challenging situations after comprehensive training
- Maintaining a professional appearance even with irregular working hours and unexpectedly extended assignments
- Actively contributing within changing crews, taking responsibility, and strengthening the team with your personality and expertise

What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you should meet the following criteria:
- Passport: Swiss or EU/EFTA passport – essential for employment
- Minimum age: 18 years at the time of application (no upper age limit)
- Minimum height: 155 cm
- Ability to reach Zurich Airport within 75 minutes – punctuality and reliability are essential
- Good swimming skills – a safety requirement
- Willingness to receive vaccinations with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID-19, yellow fever, etc.)
- Languages: Very good German and English skills (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
- Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) or higher education (e.g., Matura)
- Service-oriented, team player, reliable, and responsible – you embody these qualities
- Self-reflective and willing to develop professionally – you're committed to continuous improvement
- Flexible and adaptable – comfortable working irregular hours and adapting to changing schedules
- Well-groomed appearance – tattoos are generally permitted except on the face and ears
- Completed basic military training, if subject to military service
