What You'll Be Doing Onboard?
As a Bulgaria Air Flight Attendant, your number one priority is the safety of every passenger and crew member on board. That responsibility sits at the heart of everything you do. Beyond that, you'll be the friendly, reassuring presence our travelers rely on—whether that means providing first aid when needed, serving meals and beverages with a smile, or handling onboard sales with professionalism and ease. Every flight is different, and your ability to adapt and care for people will make a lasting impression.
Are You the Right Fit?
We're looking for candidates who bring a natural sense of responsibility, empathy, and team spirit. To be considered, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Hold a secondary education diploma with an overall grade of at least "Very Good" (4.50).
- Have a very good command of English at B2 level. Knowledge of another foreign language is a definite advantage.
- Have no dependency on narcotic or psychotropic substances (as defined by Bulgarian aviation medical regulations).
- Have no visible scars, tattoos, or piercings while wearing the uniform.
- Meet proportionate height and weight standards (in line with Medical Class IV requirements under Bulgarian aviation regulations).
- Possess a clean criminal record with no ongoing proceedings.
- Be responsible, disciplined, and reliable by nature.
- Bring a positive and empathetic attitude, genuinely dedicated to taking care of people.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work well in a team.
- Be able to make quick decisions and think on your feet when solving problems.
- Have good diction, pleasant manners, and a polished appearance.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and overall presentation at all times.
- Be highly adaptable, with a genuine willingness and ability to travel and stay abroad as required.
