What You'll Be Doing?
As a Flight Attendant with Bulgaria Air, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and crew members during every flight. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the highest standards of passenger safety at all times
- Providing first aid when necessary
- Serving drinks, food, and handling onboard sales with professionalism and warmth
- Creating a welcoming environment that reflects Bulgarian hospitality
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking responsible, disciplined, and reliable individuals who are dedicated to customer care. To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Essential Requirements:
- Education: Secondary education diploma with an overall grade not lower than "Very Good" (4.50)
- Age: Minimum 18 years
- Language Skills: Very good command of English – level B2. Knowledge of another foreign language is considered an advantage
- Medical Fitness: Must not be dependent on narcotic or psychotropic substances (in accordance with Ordinance No. 21)
- Appearance: No visible scars, tattoos, or piercings when wearing the uniform
- Physical Requirements: Proportionate height and weight (in accordance with Medical Class IV, Ordinance No. 21)
- Background: No criminal record and no ongoing criminal proceedings
Personal Qualities:
- Responsible, disciplined, and reliable
- Positive and empathetic, dedicated to customer care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Good diction and speech culture
- Balanced behavior, pleasant manners, and appearance
- Excellent hygiene and overall presentation
- High level of adaptability with willingness and ability to travel and stay abroad
