About the Role
Our flight attendants are more than just the friendly faces passengers see onboard—they are trained safety professionals responsible for protecting the wellbeing of our customers and crew. In this role, you’ll ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, assist in any emergency situation, provide first aid if required, and deliver food, beverages, and in-flight sales with a welcoming smile.
If you speak German and already hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation, your application will be given priority.
Requirements
For candidates without a Cabin Crew Attestation:
- Minimum age of 18
- Completed secondary education with an overall grade of at least Very Good (4.50)
- Very good command of English (minimum level B2); knowledge of an additional language is a strong advantage
- No dependency on narcotic or psychotropic substances (per Bulgarian aviation medical regulations)
- No visible tattoos, piercings, or scars when wearing the uniform
- Height and weight proportionate according to Bulgarian Civil Aviation standards
- No criminal convictions or ongoing pretrial proceedings
- Professional traits including discipline, organisation, diligence, empathy, and a positive outlook
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and customer care mindset
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Clear speech and a polished, professional manner
- Friendly, even-tempered personality with impeccable personal hygiene and grooming
- Flexibility to travel frequently and spend time away from home on business trips
For candidates with a Cabin Crew Attestation:
- Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
- Previous flying experience
