Your Mission: Curating the Exceptional Journey
In this role, you are entrusted with the complete cabin experience for our NetJets Owners. From the moment they arrive at the private terminal to the final farewell, you are their trusted host, safety expert, and discreet problem-solver. Each flight is a unique canvas, and you will use detailed Owner profiles, your refined service skills, and impeccable judgment to paint a perfect journey.
A Glimpse into Your Responsibilities:
- Serving as the ultimate authority on cabin safety, meticulously following all procedures in the Flight Attendant Manual and ensuring the security of every person onboard.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections, offering warm and personalized greetings, and providing expert briefings on all cabin features and safety systems.
- Crafting and delivering an elevated inflight service experience. This includes sourcing and presenting premium catering, mastering food and beverage presentation, and executing detailed service notes tailored to each Owner's preferences.
- Acting as the vital link between the Owner and the NetJets team on the ground, ensuring flawless communication and a consistently seamless travel experience.
- Managing all aspects of cabin readiness, from the safe stowage of baggage to maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the aircraft.
- Demonstrating graceful adaptability by expertly handling special circumstances, such as flights with pets or smoking privileges, while maintaining the highest service standards.
- Completing precise post-flight documentation and inventory reports to ensure continuity for the next crew and Owner.
Who We Are Looking For?
We seek individuals whose professionalism is matched by their warmth and whose attention to detail is surpassed only by their dedication to safety. The ideal candidate brings:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the poise to engage confidently and clearly in any situation.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in ultra-high-end hospitality, private aviation, or a related luxury service field.
- The physical ability to perform safety duties, including lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally, and a body size compatible with specific aircraft dimensions (e.g., jump seat, aisle width).
- Absolute flexibility to work a demanding schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with duty tours that can span up to 8 days across multiple time zones.
- The willingness to be away from home for extended periods, with all accommodations provided by the company.
- Must hold a valid passport, a state driver’s license, and be able to obtain all necessary airport and security clearances.
- Comfort in working around animals and in varied, dynamic environments is essential.
- Successful completion of our rigorous Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program is required upon hire.
