What You’ll Do?
- Serve as the primary guardian of cabin safety, security, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct preflight checks, prepare the cabin, and welcome Owners and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Deliver highly personalized inflight service, including premium food and beverage presentation, turndown service, and attention to bespoke Owner profiles
- Source, coordinate, and manage luxury catering to meet elevated standards and passenger preferences
- Assist with stowing baggage, seating arrangements, and providing discreet support for special requests (including pets or smoking-permitted flights)
- Collaborate seamlessly with pilots, Owner Services, and ground teams to ensure a consistent and elevated experience from FBO arrival to destination
- Communicate cabin issues or maintenance needs promptly to the Pilot in Command
- Maintain accurate records, inventory, and service notes while keeping the cabin in immaculate condition
- Adapt quickly to dynamic situations, making sound decisions under pressure and always prioritizing safety
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum age 21; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related fields preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- At least 2–4 years of experience, ideally in aviation, luxury hospitality, or high-end customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional presence
- Flexibility to work across days, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended duty periods of up to eight days away from home
- Ability to manage long duty days (up to 14 hours), multiple time zones, and diverse climates
- Must hold a valid passport, driver’s license, and be able to travel internationally without restrictions
- Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs on occasion and comfortably perform cabin duties
- Comfortable working around pets and ensuring their care onboard
- Must successfully complete NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training, TSA background checks, and airport/customs credentialing
