Your Role: Elevate Every Journey
As a VIP Cabin Attendant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional onboard experience for discerning passengers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight—safety is the foundation of everything we do
- Taking proactive measures in managing every aspect of the cabin—you anticipate needs before they're expressed
- Curating and providing an extraordinary dining experience, which includes menu planning, catering, and the execution of meal service
- Organizing and managing the cabin and galley—ensuring everything is immaculate and ready for every flight
- Rendering assistance to passengers before and after flights whenever necessary—your care extends beyond the cabin
Minimum Requirements
To succeed in this prestigious role, you'll need a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities that align with our high standards:
Experience & Qualifications
- A well-established career as a Flight Attendant, with a minimum of five years of experience in First or Business Class for a reputable Middle Eastern airline
- A strong proficiency in delivering high-quality customer service and meal service
- Certified in silver service techniques—you understand the art of refined dining service
Language Skills
- Fluent in English—clear communication is essential

- Presents a professional image and possesses a warm, engaging demeanor
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, adjust to various situations, and cooperate effectively as part of a team
- Maintain composure under pressure, supported by a robust work ethic and an optimistic attitude
