What You'll Be Doing?
As a Hi Fly Cabin Crew Member, you'll be the face of our airline, ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring passenger safety and compliance with all aviation regulations and procedures
- Delivering exceptional in-flight service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Assisting passengers during boarding, disembarkation, and throughout the flight
- Working collaboratively with a dynamic, multicultural crew to ensure smooth operations
- Representing Hi Fly with pride and professionalism at all times
What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Age: At least 21 years old
- Height: Above 1.60 m (Women) and 1.70 m (Men)
- Education: High School diploma (Portuguese 12º Year or equivalent)
- Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of an additional language is preferred and will make you stand out
- Swimming Skills: Good swimming ability—essential for safety training
- Availability: Willingness to be away from home for extended periods—this role involves international travel and long rotations
- Personal Qualities: Responsible, team-oriented, and friendly personality with a genuine passion for helping others
