Requirements to Join the Team:
- Minimum age of 21 and a height of at least 1.60m for women or 1.70m for men
- Completion of high school (Portuguese 12º year)
- Strong command of English; an additional language is a valuable plus
- A responsible, friendly, and team-oriented personality
- Willingness to spend extended periods abroad
- Ability to swim confidently
