Your Role: Elevate Every Journey
As a VIP Flight Attendant with Albinati Aeronautics, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and cabin presentation on every flight. Your main tasks will include:
- Ensure cabin safety and compliance with applicable procedures—safety is always the foundation
- Deliver five-star in-flight service, including food and beverage service and assistance with onboard entertainment systems
- Manage catering arrangements, menu proposals, and onboard amenities—every detail matters
- Prepare, maintain, and manage the cabin environment to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Oversee onboard supplies, stock levels, and inventory—ensuring everything is ready for every journey
What We're Looking For?
To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of experience, qualifications, and personal qualities that align with our high standards:
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate aviation with owner's families and charter operations—you understand the nuances of private aviation
- Diploma from a hospitality, culinary, or restaurant management school, or equivalent qualification—your training has prepared you for excellence
Language Skills
- Fluency in English and French—clear communication is essential
- Additional languages, particularly Italian, would be considered valuable assets
Personal Qualities
- Discreet, flexible, and highly organised—you handle confidential information with care and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong attention to detail and high reactivity—nothing escapes your notice, and you respond quickly to any situation
- Able to work with high-demanding clients—you remain composed and professional, even under pressure
