What You'll Be Doing?
As our Cabin Crew Member, you'll be the face of ETF Airways—the person our passengers remember and trust. From the moment they step onboard, you'll ensure their safety, comfort, and overall experience reflects the care and professionalism we're known for. Working closely with your fellow crew, you'll manage everything from pre-flight preparations to in-flight service, always keeping safety at the heart of what you do.
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking individuals who combine professionalism with a warm, approachable nature. To join our team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold the legal right to work within the EU and possess a valid, unrestricted passport
- Have completed secondary school education (SSS)
- Speak fluent Croatian and English, both written and spoken—language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process (additional languages are a welcome bonus!)
- Be able to pass a medical examination conducted by an approved EASA examiner
- Demonstrate the ability to swim 50 meters unaided
- Pass a 5-year background check with a clean criminal record
- Thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment where no two days are the same
