What You'll Be Doing?
As a Cabin Crew Member with ETF Airways, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and crew throughout all phases of the flight
- Creating a pleasant passenger experience through a professional and friendly approach
- Assisting passengers during boarding, the flight, and disembarkation
- Performing safety and emergency procedures in accordance with applicable regulations
- Representing the company through a professional appearance and proper wearing of the uniform
- Maintaining high standards of safety, service, and professional conduct
Who We're Looking For?
To join our team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Education & Language
- Minimum secondary school education
- Active spoken and written English—clear communication is essential
Physical & Documentation Requirements
- Ability to swim
- Valid unrestricted passport
- Ability to meet the medical requirements for Cabin Crew
- Right to live and work in the European Union
Personal Qualities
- Enjoy working with people and communicate easily with others
- Friendly, responsible, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who enjoys working with people from different cultures and backgrounds
- Willingness to comply with the company's appearance and uniform standards
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work from our operational base in Zagreb
