As a Cabin Attendant, you’ll be part of a tight-knit crew representing KLM’s signature Dutch hospitality across Europe. What You’ll Be Doing?
- Delivering exceptional onboard service while maintaining the highest safety standards
- Ensuring passengers feel welcome and supported throughout their journey
- Handling diverse situations with confidence, calmness, and a smile
- Working collaboratively with your fellow crew and flight deck colleagues
- Representing KLM Cityhopper with warmth, integrity, and pride
What We’re Looking For?
- Minimum of a HAVO or MBO3 diploma
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- At least 1.5 years of full-time experience in a service-related role (hospitality, retail, or customer care)
- Height between 1.58m and 1.85m
- No visible tattoos or dental decorations while in uniform
- Live within one hour of Schiphol Center
- Fully flexible for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and multi-day trips

What We Offer?
- A 5-year employment contract with full-time (40 hours/week) availability
- 34 vacation days + 5 additional leave days

- Starting salary: €2,929.99 gross per month
- Training allowance: €2,151.37 during your basic course
