What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?
This is a hands-on role where no two flights are the same. You'll be the face of hospitality onboard, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for. Here's a closer look at what your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and attending to our passengers with warmth and professionalism throughout the flight
- Implementing all safety regulations with precision and confidence
- Serving drinks and meals in a polished, attentive manner
- Working seamlessly alongside the cockpit crew as a trusted teammate
- Preparing the aircraft cabin before departure and tidying up after landing
- Organizing and coordinating work processes to keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring to the Role?
We're looking for someone who already has their foundation in aviation and is ready to hit the ground running. To be considered, you should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
- Be charming, friendly, sociable, and naturally service-oriented, with a strong sense of discretion
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and demonstrate impeccable manners
- Have good working knowledge of both German and English; additional languages are a welcome bonus
- Be at least 18 years old and hold both an EU passport and a valid EU work permit
- Be able to reach Stuttgart within one hour when on on-call duty
- Possess a Class B driver's license
