Volkswagen Group Services GmbH is looking for a polished, service-driven, and safety-focused flight attendant to join our VIP team at Braunschweig Airport. In this exclusive role, you won't just be cabin crew—you'll be the trusted companion for our board members and distinguished guests on domestic and international journeys. What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?
You'll be the face of Volkswagen's VIP travel experience, both on the ground and in the air. Your responsibilities will go far beyond standard service, touching everything from lounge hospitality to regulatory compliance.
- Welcoming and caring for guests in the boarding lounge, guest kitchenette, and meeting rooms before departure
- Owning the flight preparation process—from provisioning catering to ensuring all necessary equipment is onboard
- Managing boarding and take-off preparations, as well as landing follow-ups, with an uncompromising focus on quality and VIP care
- Navigating customs and immigration regulations, ensuring every trip stays compliant from gate to gate
- Providing technical instruction and supervision for external cabin crew, including supplier assessments when needed
- Conducting quality checks on catering, the long-range room, and the onboard pharmacy (including the doctor's kit)
What You Bring to the Role?
We're looking for someone who combines technical qualifications with a natural instinct for high-end hospitality.
Must-have requirements:
- Completed training as a flight attendant, OR a commercial background in upscale gastronomy or premium hotels
- Strong interface management skills—you'll coordinate closely with board-level executives, corporate security, and healthcare teams at Volkswagen AG
- A valid Class B driver's license
- Full fitness to fly, backed by first-class experience in upscale food and beverage service
- Initial hands-on experience caring for board member or executive-level flights
- A well-groomed appearance, friendly yet composed demeanor, and the ability to communicate reliably even in high-stakes situations
- Excellent written and spoken English
