What You'll Need to Succeed?
To be successful in this position, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to read, write, and communicate confidently in English—clear communication is essential
- EASA Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)—required for this role
- EASA Cabin Crew Medical Report—you must be medically fit for duty
- EU citizenship and passport allowing unlimited travel (preferable)
- No criminal record in any international jurisdiction, with a certificate issued within the last 90 days
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of application
Personal Qualities
- Ability and willingness to travel and work on a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Organized, responsible, punctual, tactful, accurate, responsive, and friendly attitude—you bring professionalism to every interaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you connect easily with passengers and colleagues
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-oriented attitude—you represent Heston Airlines with pride
