Your Role: Guardian of Safety and Smiles
Your primary responsibility is to ensure our guests' safety and comfort from boarding to landing. Working closely with your onboard team, you'll follow established safety procedures with precision while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Each flight brings new opportunities to engage—whether serving meals and drinks, assisting with inquiries, or offering our tax-free products, all while upholding Sunclass Airlines' high standards of hospitality. Every day is different, and the connections you make will become stories you carry for life.
Do You Have the Spirit We're Looking For?
We're building a team of adaptable, positive, and professional individuals who genuinely care about people. To qualify for this role, you'll need to meet these essential requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old and stand a minimum of 160 cm tall.
- Possess completed upper secondary education or equivalent.
- Speak a Scandinavian language fluently (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish), with a good understanding of the other two.
- Have a solid command of English, both spoken and written.
- Hold a valid EU/EEA passport.
- Have a clean criminal record (a recent police background check will be required).
- Be in good health with satisfactory vision, and pass a mandatory medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing.
- Be able to swim at least 200 meters fully clothed.
It would be a plus if you also have:
- Previous experience in service, hospitality, or healthcare.

Important Details to Note:
Security Clearance: As an airline registered in Denmark, employment is contingent upon approval from Danish authorities.
Training: The paid training course is tentatively scheduled to begin on 14 April 2026. It runs for 5 weeks, primarily on weekdays from around 09:00 to 17:00.
Contract: After successfully completing training, you’ll receive a fixed-term contract until 31 October 2026, with strong potential for extension.
