Executive Jet Management Europe (EJME) is seeking a polished, service-oriented Inflight Service Representative to join our team, based either in Barcelona (LEBL) or Oxford (EGTK). What You'll Be Doing?
As an Inflight Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring every journey exceeds expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing optimum levels of comfort and service to passengers through ready, efficient assistance and courtesy
- Delivering exceptional customer service and providing relevant feedback to the Commander and related company departments
- Forming the link between passengers and the flight crew, whenever requested by the Commander, to ensure a high level of service
- Checking catering and other onboard non-safety related equipment, immediately reporting deficiencies to the Commander to ensure the aircraft is in perfect condition
- Reporting any condition or event that might endanger the safety of the flight
- Ensuring proper cleaning of the cabin and re-stocking (where possible) between flights to guarantee the aircraft is properly prepared for subsequent journeys
What We're Looking For?
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a combination of experience, professionalism, and a genuine passion for service.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalency
- Experience: 3-5 years as an Inflight Service Representative or Cabin Crew in private aviation, or extensive first-class airline service experience
- Licences and Certifications (preferred):
- Cabin Crew Medical Licence
- Cabin Crew Attestation
- SEP (Safety Equipment and Procedures) Training
- Languages: Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills in Russian, German, Spanish, French, or Italian are highly preferred
- Citizenship: Valid EU passport without restrictions
- Knowledge: Familiarity with aviation practices, legislation, and regulations
- Personal Qualities: Ability to handle pressure in stressful situations and a solution-oriented mindset
