Lead the Cabin Experience: Join MSG Entertainment as our Lead Flight Attendant!

Location: New York City, NY (with relocation to Long Island, NY)

At MSG Entertainment, we deliver experiences that are anything but ordinary—and that standard extends to private aviation. We are currently looking for an exceptionally seasoned Lead Flight Attendant to take full ownership of the cabin on assigned trips. This is not a typical flight attendant role. You will be the highest-ranking cabin authority onboard—responsible for service execution, team coordination, and the seamless delivery of an unparalleled passenger experience.

If you have spent a decade in Part 91 private aviation, know how to anticipate the needs of UHNW individuals, and can lead a team while staying hands-on, this role offers you a stage to perform at your very best.

    What You'll Be Doing?

In this role, you're both the strategist and the executor. You will translate high-level passenger expectations and trip details into structured, adaptable service plans—right down to menu presentation and the preparation of multiple service options. Since our model is options-driven and no-fail, you will always stay several steps ahead, ensuring depth of preparation and flexibility in real-time execution.

You will also be the direct leader for any internal or contract flight attendants onboard, keeping timing, presentation, and service flow consistent. Working closely with Executive Assistants and key stakeholders, you'll align expectations before takeoff and maintain clear communication throughout each trip. Overseeing provisioning, vendor coordination, and quality control also falls under your purview—as does maintaining complete control of the cabin environment, especially when conditions change quickly.

Beyond operations, you'll act as a mentor. You will provide real-time guidance to other crew members, reinforcing standards and execution discipline. And because our passengers expect consistency at the very highest level, you will maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of all passenger profiles.

What You Bring to the Table?

This role is designed for a true aviation professional. Here is what we are looking for:

    • Deep Experience: 8 to 12+ years in Part 91 private aviation, with demonstrated experience supporting UHNW passengers in demanding, high-expectation environments.
    • Formal Training: Completion of recognized corporate flight attendant training (FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent), with current safety certifications including CPR, AED, and First Aid.
    • Culinary Capability: Advanced skills in culinary execution and menu planning. Formal or practical culinary training is strongly preferred—you should be comfortable preparing and presenting multiple meal options onboard with polish.
    • Provisioning Expertise: A strategic approach to provisioning, including managing parallel service options and coordinating with vendors.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of cabin systems, galley operations, and aircraft-specific service environments.
    • Leadership Proven: A track record of leading cabin operations and directing other flight attendants effectively in real time.
    • Stakeholder Coordination: Experience interfacing with Executive Assistants and other key contacts to ensure alignment before and during trips.
    • Logistics Ready: A valid passport with unrestricted international travel capability, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to support short-notice and priority trips.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to operate on a flexible, on-demand schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split days off in a 24/7 environment.
    • Discretion & Discipline: A high level of judgment, professionalism, and execution discipline is non-negotiable.

Special Requirements to Keep in Mind:

    • You must be able to perform all duties required of a 14 CFR Part 121 Flight Attendant while in flight.
    • You must be willing to relocate to Long Island, NY.
    • You should be comfortable working both in the air and in an on-site office environment as needed.
    • Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs.

    Compensation

The pay range for this leadership role is $83,000—$175,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
