Join Air Arabia Cairo: Multilingual Cabin Crew Wanted!

Are you fluent in English plus Russian, Spanish, Italian, or French? Air Arabia is looking for warm, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our Cairo-based cabin crew team. If you love connecting with people from around the world and want to represent a leading low-cost carrier across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, this is your opportunity to turn service into an adventure.

Your Role: Ambassador of the Skies

At Air Arabia, our cabin crew do more than serve passengers—they create lasting impressions. As the face of our airline, you'll be responsible for ensuring every guest feels welcomed, safe, and valued from boarding to disembarkation. Whether you're assisting a nervous flyer, promoting our onboard products, or handling an unexpected situation with grace, your professionalism and positive energy will directly shape our customers' loyalty and our corporate reputation.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?

Preparation & Professionalism: You'll arrive on time, perfectly groomed, and fully fit for duty. After attending the pre-flight briefing to review flight details, role assignments, safety protocols, and boarding procedures, you'll be ready to deliver a seamless experience.

Safety & Security: Instructing passengers on safety procedures is your top priority. You'll stay alert to any irregularities or security risks, partnering with your Cabin Supervisor to take swift corrective action. When needed, you'll administer first aid and promptly report any malfunctions or concerns to the Cabin Supervisor, flight crew, or Captain.

Exceptional Customer Service: From welcoming passengers during boarding to assisting with special requests and pre-bookings, you'll provide consistent, high-quality service. You'll also identify travelers who may be experiencing stress or difficulty, offering support according to our Operations Manual guidelines.

Onboard Revenue & Charity: Part of your role involves promoting our onboard meals, products, and the "Charity Cloud" program. You'll actively work toward individual and team sales targets while handling cash and credit card payments securely and accurately.

Pre-Flight & Post-Flight Checks: Before takeoff, you'll verify that emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other essentials are fully stocked and functional—reporting any deficiencies to your supervisor. At transit stations, you'll help ensure the cabin is thoroughly cleaned and re-catered. After landing, you'll complete a post-flight briefing and assessment, providing objective feedback, reporting discrepancies, and sealing duty-free containers.

Team Leadership: When designated by the Captain, you'll step into the Cabin Supervisor role, taking accountability for passenger conduct and team coordination.

Continuous Learning: You'll maintain your professional edge by attending recurrent training, emergency procedure workshops, and keeping your license current.
