Your Mission: Safety, Service, and Excellence
As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be responsible for following safety procedures, aviation regulations, and onboard service standards, contributing to a safe, efficient, and comfortable cabin operation. Your mission will include:
- Carrying out the procedures established in the Cabin Crew Manual, including briefings, reviewing circulars and bulletins, keeping documentation up to date, complying with safety regulations, and maintaining professional grooming standards
- Executing operational and onboard service procedures defined in the manuals during each assignment, making appropriate decisions in normal operations, contingencies, and emergency situations—always prioritizing safety while providing safe, empathetic, and solution-oriented service
- Identifying findings, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement related to operational, safety, and onboard service processes, and reporting them through the Company's established channels
- Promptly reporting any anomaly, incident, or inconsistency occurring during operations to the Cabin Manager, as well as any relevant information that needs to be recorded in the corresponding reports
- Carrying out onboard sales as defined by the Company, in accordance with established procedures

Education
- Technical qualification in Cabin Crew
Experience
- Ideally, 6 months of work experience
Language
- English B2 or higher
Other Requirements
- No disciplinary warnings or suspensions within the last 6 months
- A record free of passenger complaints or claims
- No outstanding courses in SAP
- Satisfactory results in the various assessments
- No serious offenses recorded in your file
- Maintain impeccable conduct, behavior, discipline, and professional appearance
- Maintain harmonious relationships with colleagues and demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team
- Comply with and enforce the Company's administrative policies
- Availability to relocate to any base in Colombia, according to operational needs

- International Yellow Fever vaccination certificate
- Valid medical certificate
- Valid passport
- Valid U.S. visa (preferred)
- Active Cabin Crew License
- Swimming certificate issued by the Red Cross or National League
