What You'll Be Doing?
As Cabin Crew with KM Malta Airlines, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing duties in relation to the efficient quality of service, comfort, and safety of passengers
- Providing in-flight service as directed by the In-Flight Manager—every detail contributes to an exceptional experience
- Ensuring passenger safety and security throughout every phase of flight
- Representing KM Malta Airlines with professionalism and warmth—you're the face of Maltese hospitality
What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a minimum of 5 'O' levels at grades 1–5/A–C or any other 5 certificates at MQF Level 3, or 3 certificates at MQF Level 4, or 1 certificate at MQF Level 5
- Be medically fit to discharge specified cabin crew duties, including the ability to swim
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Maltese—communication with passengers and crew is essential
- A sufficient level of IT literacy to access and utilise company applications
- Have an average weight-to-height ratio and a minimum arm reach of 207cm
- Strong communication skills combined with an outgoing personality—you connect easily with people
- Demonstrate the ability to deal with passenger needs—you handle requests and concerns with professionalism and empathy
