Your Role: Ambassador of Maltese Hospitality
As Cabin Crew with KM Malta Airlines, you will be the welcoming face and caring presence onboard our flights. Your core mission is to ensure the utmost safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. Under the guidance of the In-Flight Manager, you will deliver our signature quality of service, turning every journey into a memorable part of our guests' visit to or from Malta. This role is a unique blend of professional responsibility and national pride, where you directly contribute to the positive image of our islands.
What You Will Bring Onboard?
To soar with our team, we are looking for candidates who meet the following key requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a minimum educational qualification of:
- 5 ‘O’ Levels at grades 1–5/A–C, or
- 5 certificates at MQF Level 3, or
- 3 certificates at MQF Level 4, or
- 1 certificate at MQF Level 5.
- Be fluent in both spoken and written English, with proficiency in Maltese.
- Have a good level of IT literacy to confidently use company systems and applications.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and a genuine talent for understanding and responding to passenger needs.
- Above all, we value a warm, resilient, and professional attitude, ensuring you can handle the responsibilities of the role with grace and efficiency.
- Have an average weight-to-height ratio and a minimum arm reach of 207cm.
- Possess the medical fitness required for cabin crew duties, including the ability to swim.
