Sparfell is looking for an experienced, composed, and highly professional VIP Flight Attendant to join our Falcon 7X operations in Dubai. This isn't a standard cabin role—it's for someone who genuinely thrives in a fast-moving, high-demand charter environment, delivering flawless service to an international ultra-high-net-worth clientele, often across multiple legs in a single day.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?
On the Falcon 7X, you'll be the sole voice of hospitality and safety onboard. Your responsibilities go well beyond serving—you'll own the entire cabin experience from pre-flight readiness to post-landing follow-up.
That means:
- Keeping passenger safety and well-being front and center at all times, without exception
- Delivering service that is refined, quietly confident, and effortlessly adaptable to whatever the moment requires
- Taking full ownership of premium catering—from sourcing and coordination to stunning onboard presentation
- Maintaining impeccable cabin standards even under high rotation and tight turnarounds
- Managing inventory and ensuring the aircraft is operationally ready for every departure
- Staying fully compliant with company procedures and all relevant aviation regulations
Who We're Looking For?
This role is designed for a seasoned VIP Flight Attendant who has already proven themselves in corporate or private charter operations. You know what it takes to perform at a high level in dynamic, unpredictable environments, and you don't crack under pressure.
You should also bring:
- Strong autonomy, especially when it comes to catering management and decision-making
- Excellent anticipation skills and the flexibility to adapt as plans shift
- A sharp eye for detail and a naturally organized approach to your work
- A calm, solution-oriented mindset—you focus on what can be done, not what went wrong
- A discreet, polished, and highly professional presence that UHNW clients trust
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a genuine plus)
- A willingness to operate internationally on a floating base arrangement
