The Role
As flydubai cabin crew, you'll become part of a dynamic, multicultural team dedicated to delivering a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for our diverse customer base. Every flight is an opportunity to showcase the warmth and professionalism that flydubai is known for.
What You'll Bring to the Team?
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Age: At least 21 years old
- Height: Minimum 158 cm, in accordance with our safety regulations
- Appearance: Well-groomed and professional, in line with flydubai's grooming standards—no visible tattoos while in uniform
- Passport: A valid passport is essential
- Health: In good health with the ability to pass an aero medical examination
- Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a definite advantage
- Water confidence: Confident in the water when wearing a flotation aid or life jacket
- Schedule flexibility: Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Attitude: Enthusiastic and proactive, with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service
- Teamwork: Respectful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a multicultural team environment
- Safety mindset: A safety-conscious attitude with the ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively
- Relocation: Willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service role, ideally in aviation, hospitality, or retail
- Aviation background: International aviation experience is an advantage
Training Bond
A training bond of USD 2,650 (approximately AED 9,700) applies for the first year.
Pay and Benefits
We believe in rewarding our team competitively. Here's what you can expect:
- Fixed salary (Basic + Housing + Transport): AED 8,275 per month
- Variable Flying Pay: Average of AED 4,500 per month (based on approximately 90 flying hours)
