What the Role Involves?
As a flydubai Cabin Crew member, you’re more than just the face of our airline—you’re the heartbeat of our onboard service. Your role is to ensure every flight runs smoothly, from maintaining safety standards to providing exceptional hospitality. Every day brings something new, whether you’re welcoming guests from across the globe or assisting them through unexpected situations with calm professionalism.
Requirements
We’re seeking individuals with a natural flair for service, confidence in handling responsibilities, and the ability to work as part of a truly international team. You should be at least 21 years old with a minimum height of 158 cm, holding a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service experience—especially in aviation, hospitality, or retail—is highly valued, and international travel or work experience is a plus.
You’ll need to meet flydubai’s grooming and uniform standards, have no visible tattoos in uniform, and be able to pass an aero-medical examination. Fluency in English is essential, while additional languages will help you connect with our diverse passengers. A safety-first mindset, adaptability, and the willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays are also part of the role. And yes—you must be ready to call Dubai your new home.

- Variable flying pay: Average of AED 4,500 per month (based on 90 flying hours)
