What You'll Be Doing Onboard?
Your role as a member of our cabin crew goes far beyond serving coffee or greeting passengers at the door. You will be a trusted professional trained to handle a wide range of responsibilities with care and confidence.
Each flight brings its own rhythm, but your core duties will include:
- Arriving well-prepared and fit for every flight, both mentally and physically.
- Clearly explaining emergency procedures to passengers before takeoff, ensuring everyone feels informed and at ease.
- Looking after the comfort and safety of our guests throughout their journey, from boarding to landing.
- Administering First Aid whenever needed, responding calmly and competently to medical situations.
- Providing friendly, efficient inflight services, including meal and beverage service.
While you'll receive full training on all technical and safety aspects of the job, your natural warmth and people skills will be what truly make our passengers feel welcome.
Who We're Looking For?
We know the best cabin crew come from all walks of life. What matters most is your attitude, your communication style, and your commitment to providing a great experience for every traveler.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A completed High School Certificate.
- Full fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional language is a definite plus.
- Excellent communication skills—you listen well and express yourself clearly.
- Previous experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, or any people-facing role is great preparation for this position).
- A clean criminal record certificate.
- For male candidates: completed military service.
- The ability to swim unaided.
- Strong team spirit and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- EU Citizenship or the legal right to live and work in the EU.
- Flexibility and genuine willingness to work a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.
