Lead Cabin Attendant – Clearview Aviation, New York

At Clearview Aviation, we believe that the experience inside the cabin is just as vital as the aircraft that carries our guests. We're searching for a seasoned Lead Cabin Attendant who understands that true luxury hospitality is about more than just completing a checklist—it's about creating moments that feel effortless, intuitive, and deeply personal.

If you've spent your career anticipating needs before they're spoken, delivering flawless service at 45,000 feet, and treating every flight like a curated, one-of-a-kind experience, we want to meet you. This is a role for someone who views the cabin as their stage and takes pride in every detail, from the temperature of the champagne to the fold of a linen napkin.

The Mission: Design the In-Flight Experience

As our Lead Cabin Attendant, you are the architect of every guest's journey. You'll have the full support of a cohesive, high-performing flight department behind you—but you'll also have the freedom to own your domain completely. No one will look over your shoulder. We trust our people to execute at the highest level, and we trust you to make the cabin experience nothing short of extraordinary.

You'll serve discerning passengers with quiet, intuitive hospitality that defines Clearview's boutique service ethos—consistently graceful, effortlessly professional, and delivered without being asked twice. Your team will have your back. The cabin is yours to lead.

    What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day?

Your responsibilities will be varied, demanding, and deeply rewarding. You'll be expected to:

    • Orchestrate flawless cabin preparation before every departure—curating catering, selecting linens and amenities, and ensuring the cabin is immaculate and presentation-ready to an exacting standard
    • Source, coordinate, and oversee premium catering from top-tier vendors, executing in-flight meal and beverage service with the precision of a fine dining establishment
    • Maintain an intimate knowledge of principal preferences, dietary requirements, and personal touches that define their experience—because true luxury is personal
    • Execute post-flight cabin reset, manage inventory, and reconcile catering with meticulous attention to detail
    • Collaborate closely with flight operations on timing, service windows, and any passenger needs that affect the overall mission
    • Maintain all required certifications and actively participate in recurrent safety and service training
    • Represent Clearview Aviation with absolute professionalism in every interaction, both in the air and on the ground

    Who You Are?

You came up through environments that demanded perfection—whether that was fine dining, luxury hospitality, superyacht service, or the upper echelons of private aviation. You know the difference between service and exceptional service, and you've spent your career on the right side of that line.

    You are:

    • Polished and Composed. Whether you're curating snacks for young travelers or garnishing cocktails for VIPs, you adapt seamlessly without missing a beat
    • Proactively Attentive. You read a cabin the way a great sommelier reads a table. Needs are addressed before they become requests
    • Discreet by Nature. Always, without exception. You understand that confidentiality is the foundation of trust
    • Driven by Genuine Hospitality. Your instinct is to elevate every touchpoint—from the pre-flight cabin setup to the farewell at the base of the stairs
    • Obsessively Detail-Oriented. Presentation, temperature, timing, linens, glassware—nothing escapes your attention

What You Bring to the Role?

To succeed in this position, you'll need a combination of experience, training, and personal qualities that align with our standards:

    • Minimum 4 years of cabin attendant experience with large-cabin or ultra-long-range aircraft strongly preferred
    • Background in fine dining, luxury hotel, superyacht, or comparable five-star hospitality environment highly valued—you know what exceptional service looks like
    • Formal flight attendant training from a recognized private aviation program (FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent)
    • Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and in-flight medical emergency training
    • Strong working knowledge of galley management, catering coordination, and in-flight food and beverage service at a fine dining standard
    • Experience with international operations and familiarity with customs, handling, and protocol in European and Caribbean destinations
    • Ability to curate, source, and execute customized menus and cabin experiences tailored to principal preferences
    • Valid U.S. passport with unrestricted travel authorization to the EU, Canada, and Caribbean
    • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in ongoing random testing
    • Based in the New York Metro or Long Island area, or genuinely willing to relocate

    What We Offer?

This is a rare opportunity to join a tight-knit, high-performing flight department that is genuinely committed to excellence across every role. You will be supported, respected, and given the resources to do your job at the highest level.

    • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
    • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
    • Paid Parental Leave
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Paid Time Off and Vacation
    • Premium HOTAC and per diem while traveling

    Ready to Own the Cabin?

If you're a career professional who understands that true luxury is in the details, and you're ready to join a team that trusts you to own your domain completely, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and become part of Clearview Aviation—where every flight is a masterpiece of service.
