Lead Cabin Attendant – New York, NY

Crafting Unforgettable Experiences at 45,000 Feet

Clearview Aviation is searching for a seasoned cabin professional who understands something fundamental: the experience inside the cabin matters just as much as the mission that gets the aircraft there. If you've spent your career mastering the art of quiet, intuitive hospitality—anticipating needs before they're spoken and treating every flight as a bespoke, one-of-a-kind experience—we should talk.

This isn't a role for someone looking for constant oversight. It's for someone who wants to own their domain completely, with the full support of a cohesive flight department behind them.

The Role: You Are the Architect of the In-Flight Experience

You'll serve discerning passengers with the kind of polished, graceful hospitality that defines Clearview's boutique service approach. No one will be looking over your shoulder; our team trusts its people to take full ownership of the cabin. That trust comes with responsibility, and we believe you're ready for it. The flight department has your back, and the cabin is yours to lead.

    What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like?

You'll be hands-on for every phase of the cabin experience, from pre-flight preparation to post-flight reset. Here's what that means in practice:

    • Pre-Flight Mastery: Managing every detail before departure—catering, linens, amenities, cabin cleanliness, and overall presentation. You set the stage for excellence.
    • Catering Coordination: Sourcing and overseeing premium vendors, then executing in-flight meal and beverage service with fine dining precision.
    • Personalization at the Highest Level: Maintaining a deep, current understanding of principal preferences—dietary needs, favorite touches, and the small things that make each flight feel personal and effortless.
    • Post-Flight Reset: Handling inventory management, catering reconciliation, and ensuring the cabin is ready for the next mission.
    • Seamless Coordination: Working closely with flight operations on timing, service windows, and any passenger needs that could affect the flight.
    • Ongoing Excellence: Maintaining all required certifications and actively participating in recurrent safety and service training.
    • Professional Representation: Embodying Clearview Aviation's standards with every interaction, every single time.

Who You Are at Your Core?

You came up through environments that demanded perfection—fine dining, luxury hospitality, superyacht service, or the upper echelon of private aviation. You don't just know the difference between service and exceptional service; you've spent your career proving it.

Let's be specific about the kind of person we're looking for:

    • Polished and Composed: Whether you're curating kid-friendly snacks or garnishing martinis for adults, you adapt seamlessly without ever missing a beat.
    • Proactively Attentive: You read a cabin the way a great sommelier reads a table. Needs are addressed before they ever become requests.
    • Discreet by Nature: Always. Without exception. Discretion isn't a rule you follow; it's who you are.
    • Genuinely Hospitable: Your instinct is to elevate every touchpoint—from the pre-flight cabin setup to the farewell at the base of the cabin stairs.
    • Detail Obsessed: Presentation, temperature, timing, linens, fingerprints... nothing escapes your attention.

What You Bring to the Table?

We're looking for a career professional with a specific background. Here's what you'll need to succeed:

    • At least 4 years of cabin attendant experience, ideally with large-cabin or ultra-long-range aircraft
    • A background in fine dining, luxury hotels, superyachts, or a comparable five-star hospitality environment
    • Formal flight attendant training from a recognized private aviation program (FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent)
    • Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and in-flight medical emergency response
    • Strong working knowledge of galley management, catering coordination, and fine dining in-flight service
    • Experience with international operations, including familiarity with customs, handling, and protocols in European and Caribbean destinations
    • The ability to curate, source, and execute customized menus and cabin experiences tailored to principal preferences
    • A valid U.S. passport with unrestricted travel authorization to the EU, Canada, and the Caribbean
    • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in ongoing random testing
    • A home base in the New York Metro or Long Island area—or a genuine willingness to relocate

Why You'll Want to Join Us?

This is a rare opportunity to become part of a tight-knit, high-performing flight department that is genuinely committed to excellence across every role. You won't just be supported and respected; you'll be given the resources and trust to do your job at the highest level.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

    • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
    • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
    • Paid Parental Leave
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Paid Time Off and Vacation
    • Premium HOTAC and per diem while traveling

    Ready to Take the Lead?

If you're ready to bring your expertise to a team that values what you do—and how you do it—we'd love to hear from you. Apply today to become Clearview Aviation's next Lead Cabin Attendant.
