Your Mission: The Art of the Arrival!
As the first point of contact, you are essential to the Jetex experience. Your primary focus is to deliver a warm, professional, and discreet welcome that immediately makes every guest feel valued and expected. You will manage the critical transition from vehicle to terminal, ensuring it is smooth, effortless, and reflective of our five-star standards. This role is about anticipating needs and providing a calm, graceful presence that embodies the Jetex brand.
A Day in Your Role Includes:
- Providing a consistently exceptional level of customer service with a genuinely friendly and professional demeanor.
- Personally meeting and greeting VIP passengers curbside upon their arrival at the Jetex terminal.
- Offering seamless assistance, including opening vehicle doors and aiding with entering/exiting.
- Providing courteous help with light luggage handling to ensure guest comfort from the first moment.
- Maintaining an impeccably polished and professional appearance at all times.
- Ensuring the terminal entrance area is perpetually presentable, tidy, and inviting.
- Carrying out additional responsibilities as directed by your Line Manager to support terminal operations.
Who We Are Looking For?
We seek a candidate who naturally excels in hospitality and understands the nuances of high-end service. The ideal professional for our team brings:
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in the hotel industry or a dedicated customer service role within a premium environment.
Education
A High School Diploma is essential; a higher diploma in a relevant field is a strong advantage.
Skills & Demeanor:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proven excellence in customer service, with a warm and attentive approach.
- The ability to remain impeccably calm, courteous, and effective under pressure or in unexpected situations.
- A multilingual ability is a significant plus for communicating with our international clientele.
