We're looking for a polished, professional, and genuinely warm VIP Hostess to join our team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for our discerning passengers, you'll set the tone for an exceptional experience—ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and seamlessly cared for from the moment they step out of their vehicle.
What You'll Be Doing?
Your role is all about creating a flawless arrival experience. Here's what you can expect day to day:
- Providing exceptional, personalized customer service to all guests with a professional, courteous, and welcoming attitude
- Meeting and greeting VIP passengers upon their arrival at the Jetex terminal
- Assisting guests with entering and exiting vehicles—opening doors and offering support as needed
- Providing light luggage handling assistance when required
- Maintaining a polished, well-groomed, and professional appearance at all times, reflecting Jetex's luxury standards
- Ensuring the terminal entrance and reception areas remain spotlessly clean, presentable, and inviting
- Anticipating guest needs and proactively enhancing the overall passenger experience
- Performing any other duties assigned by your Line Manager to support smooth terminal operations
Compliance and Safety Responsibilities:
We take safety and compliance seriously. In this role, you'll also be expected to:
- Adhere to all documented policies, procedures, and operational standards relevant to your role, maintaining any required records
- Exercise a duty of care by understanding and complying with all health, safety, security, and compliance requirements
- Follow all company policies and procedures while carrying out your daily responsibilities
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking someone who embodies professionalism, grace, and a genuine passion for guest service. To be considered, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, luxury customer service, aviation, or a guest-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are considered a strong advantage
- A strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
- A professional, confident, and presentable demeanor
- The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations or when handling passenger concerns
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they're expressed
