We’re now welcoming expressions of interest for full-time Jet Flight Attendants to join our Airbus fleet, with future intakes planned for early 2026. Successful applicants will be based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington), or Ōtautahi (Christchurch).

As a Jet Flight Attendant, you’ll carry the prestige and responsibility of ensuring passenger safety and comfort from boarding to arrival. Every shift will challenge you to adapt, think on your feet, and bring your best self to work.
What We’re Looking For?
- 18 years of age or older at the time of application
- Ideally, 2+ years’ experience in a high-pressure, customer-facing role
- New Zealand or Australian citizenship/permanent residency
- A valid passport with at least 2 years remaining for international travel
- A natural ability to connect with people, remain calm under pressure, and adapt quickly to change
- Full New Zealand driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Confidence in communicating and enforcing safety and compliance requirements
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- A professional appearance in line with Air New Zealand’s grooming and uniform standards
