Who We're Looking For?
We're seeking individuals who embody our famous 'Can Do' attitude. Our crew members are resilient, creative problem-solvers who thrive under pressure and take pride in keeping operations smooth. Most importantly, they welcome every person on board as a friend, delivering the warm, unique hospitality that is synonymous with Aotearoa.
To embark on this journey with us, you will need:
- The right to live and work in New Zealand indefinitely (NZ/Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency), and a valid passport with at least two years' validity for overseas travel.
- To be at least 18 years of age at the time of your application.
- A natural passion for people, ideally supported by at least two years of proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role where resilience and grace under pressure were key.
- A full New Zealand Driver Licence and reliable transport.
- A clear and confident communication style, with the ability to calmly address safety and compliance requirements with passengers.
- Full commitment to our 24/7 operation, including rostered shifts across weekends and public holidays.
- A commitment to uphold our professional Grooming and Uniform Standards with pride.
