What You'll Be Doing?
As part of our cabin crew, you'll be the face of Condor—warm, professional, and attentive. Every flight is an opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering warm, attentive service that makes every flight a memorable experience for our guests
- Ensuring full compliance with all onboard safety regulations and procedures—safety is our number one priority
- Providing premium onboard service while anticipating passengers' needs before they even ask
- Promoting and selling onboard products, assisting guests with their purchases in a friendly, professional manner
- Professionally assisting passengers with questions and concerns, always striving to find the best solution
- Working closely with your fellow crew members to ensure smooth and efficient flight operations from takeoff to landing
What We're Looking For?
We're searching for friendly, approachable individuals who genuinely enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Friendly and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere onboard
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
- Professional appearance and confident demeanour
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Minimum height: 160 cm
- Strong command of German and English (spoken and written)
- Completed secondary education
- Unrestricted ability to travel—your passport should allow you to fly internationally without restrictions
- Ability to swim—you'll need to demonstrate this during training
- Ability to reach Frankfurt Airport within 90 minutes at any time of day
Ready Entry Program – For Experienced Flight Attendants
Already have flight experience and want to continue your career with Condor? Take advantage of our Ready Entry program, designed specifically for experienced cabin crew members seeking a fast-track entry into the Condor team.
Ready Entry Requirements:
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
- Proof of at least 500 block hours of flight experience
- Valid aeromedical certificate, including tropical fitness certification
- Strong customer service orientation and passion for working with people
