Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must demonstrate advanced written and spoken English skills and be proficient in reading English. Fluency in a second language, such as French, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Hindi, Punjabi, or Tagalog, is highly preferred. Customer service experience is beneficial. Problem-solving abilities, a comfort level with confined spaces, and flexibility to work a varied schedule are essential. Candidates must be at least 19 years old, hold a valid passport or Canadian Permanent Resident card, and meet height requirements. Additionally, must obtain an Airport Restricted Area Identification Card, be able to travel internationally, lift a specified weight, successfully complete training without absences, and be prepared to work 24/7/365. Reserve shift availability is mandatory, and candidates must pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening test.
