Your Role: Curating Seamless, Six-Star Experiences
As a member of our VIP cabin team, you will be the architect of every guest's journey—anticipating needs before they arise and executing every detail with grace and precision. Your presence sets the tone for the entire flight experience, from the moment guests step onboard to their final farewell. Working alongside seasoned flight crews and operations specialists, you will ensure every trip reflects Action Aviation's reputation for uncompromising standards and understated elegance.
What You'll Be Doing?
- Delivering an impeccable, highly personalized VIP/VVIP service where every detail—from table settings to amenity placement—reflects excellence.
- Upholding rigorous safety, security, and operational protocols, always maintaining a calm and capable presence.
- Taking full ownership of cabin presentation, ensuring the environment is pristine, inviting, and meticulously prepared.
- Coordinating bespoke catering requests and managing onboard inventory with care and precision.
- Reading guest preferences intuitively while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Collaborating seamlessly with flight deck and ground teams to create a smooth, effortless experience from start to finish.
Who We're Looking For?
We value professionalism, poise, and a genuine passion for service above all. To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Proven VIP cabin crew experience, ideally within private aviation, business jet operations, or First Class (experience with BBJ or similar VIP configurations is highly regarded).
- A valid Cabin Crew Attestation or Certificate (EASA, FAA, or equivalent accepted).
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a valued asset).
- Impeccable grooming, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work on standby, adapt to changing schedules, and travel internationally as required.
- A clean background, with the ability to obtain all necessary security clearances.
