We are now recruiting "best in class" Cabin Crew to join our London Gatwick (LGW) base, operating onboard the state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Your Responsibilities: Setting the Standard for Excellence
As Cabin Crew with Norse Atlantic Airways, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting and delivering on Norse's high safety standards—safety is our number one priority, and you'll be at the forefront of maintaining it
- Providing excellent in-flight service that exceeds our customers' expectations—every interaction is an opportunity to impress

- Handling a wide range of expected and unexpected situations while in continuous contact with passengers and crew throughout the flight

What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- Must be 5ft 2inches (157cm) or above—to meet safety requirements
- Must be fluent in English—clear communication is essential
- Must have a valid passport with the right to work and live in the UK
- Completed education to a minimum level of High School or comparable level
- Have the legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries—you'll be flying intercontinental routes
- Must be able to report within 120 minutes when on standby duty at London Gatwick (LGW)
- Ability to fly intercontinental routes—long-haul flights are part of the role
- Flexible schedule—flights operate 24/7, 365 days a year
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment testing, including a drug and alcohol test
- Meet the physical requirements of the job—you'll be on your feet, lifting, and moving throughout each flight
- Must be able to swim and float in water, and be capable of helping others in an emergency
- Preference: Previous B787 experience is preferred but not essential—we provide comprehensive training
