What We're Looking For
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma. Vocational or higher education is an advantage.
- Certifications:
- Valid Cabin Crew Certificate
- Valid Aeronautical Medical Certificate
- Languages: Minimum English level B1.3. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.
- Experience: Previous experience is not required but will be considered an asset.
Additional Requirements
- No criminal record—a clean background is essential
- Valid EU work permit—you must have the right to work in the EU
- Valid national ID (DNI/NIE) and passport
- If you have previous cabin crew experience, you will be required to provide a certificate of your flight hours
- Willingness to relocate or accept geographic mobility—flexibility is key
- Must not have participated in previous recruitment campaigns within the last 12 months
