As a Cabin Crew Member with Binter, you'll be much more than a flight attendant—you'll be the friendly face and helping hand that defines our passengers' journey. Your core mission is to ensure a seamless, safe, and exceptionally pleasant travel experience. From meticulous safety procedures to genuine, attentive service, you'll work alongside a close-knit team to uphold the high standards that our community trusts. We are building a team of adaptable, courteous, and safety-conscious professionals. To embark on this journey with us, you will need to meet the following essential criteria:
- Education: A minimum of a high school diploma. Intermediate or higher-level vocational training will be highly regarded.
- Certification: Possession of a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) and a current Aeronautical Medical Certificate (Class 2).
- Legal & Administrative: A clean criminal record, a valid work permit for the EU, and valid Spanish national ID/NIE and passport.
- Geographic Mobility: Willingness and ability to be based in either Tenerife North or Madrid as required by the company.
- Application Status: You must not have applied to a Binter cabin crew selection process within the last 12 months.
Your Profile Makes the Difference
While experience is not mandatory, the following will make your application stand out:
- Languages: A solid, operational command of English (minimum B1 level). Knowledge of French or Italian is a significant advantage.
- Experience: Any prior experience as cabin crew is positively valued. If applicable, please be prepared to provide a certificate of flight hours.
- Attitude: We are looking for individuals with a natural service vocation, a collaborative team spirit, resilience, and a polished, professional demeanor.
