Your Role: Safety, Service, and Operational Excellence
As the sole Cabin Attendant on board, you'll take full ownership of the cabin environment, ensuring every journey reflects the highest standards of private aviation.
Ensure Safety and Operational Excellence Onboard
You will support the flight crew in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations while ensuring that all onboard safety standards and regulatory requirements are consistently maintained. Your role is essential in upholding operational discipline and service excellence throughout each stage of the journey.
Deliver a Premium Cabin Experience
You will be responsible for providing a high-end, discreet, and personalized service experience for principals and guests. Your goal is to create a professional, welcoming, and refined onboard environment that aligns with the expectations of private aviation.
Manage Cabin Readiness and Presentation
You will complete all pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties in a timely and professional manner. This includes ensuring excellent cabin presentation, cleanliness, inventory management, and overall readiness at all times.
Coordinate Catering, Inventory, and Passenger Preferences
Your responsibilities include managing catering arrangements, stock control, and onboard service delivery in accordance with company standards and passenger expectations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs will be key to ensuring a seamless onboard experience.
Maintain Documentation and Compliance Standards
You will complete all required operational documentation in line with company procedures and maintain all personal travel and operational documents in current and valid status. This requires a high level of accuracy, discipline, and professionalism.
Operate with Independence, Discretion, and Professionalism
As this is a single Flight Attendant operation on a BBJ aircraft, you must be comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of the cabin environment. A high degree of discretion, flexibility, and sound judgment is essential in this private flight setting.
Who You Are?
Experienced in Corporate or Business Aviation Service
You bring a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in private, corporate, or business aviation and understand the service and operational expectations of a highly personalized flight environment. Previous First Class and/or Business Class service experience with an international airline is essential.
Service-Oriented and Highly Professional
You demonstrate exceptional service standards, strong attention to detail, and a polished, professional presence. A discreet and reliable approach, combined with a strong sense of accountability, is essential in delivering a consistently premium experience.
Independent and Well Organized
You are comfortable working autonomously and managing all cabin responsibilities independently. Strong organizational skills, structure, and the ability to maintain high standards across multiple responsibilities are critical.
Strong Communicator with International Readiness
You are fluent in spoken and written English and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. A valid passport and the ability to obtain and maintain required international visas are also essential for success in this international operating environment.
Flexible and Operationally Adaptable
You must be willing and able to work a full standby roster, including weekends, public holidays, extended duty periods, and time away from home in line with operational needs. The role requires a calm, adaptable, and professional approach in a dynamic setting.
