Your Path to the Sky: Choose Your Track
We offer two distinct recruitment tracks based on your experience level. Please review the eligibility criteria below to determine which role you qualify for.
Track 1: For Aspiring Crew (No Flying Experience)
This is your chance to begin a rewarding career in aviation.
- Designation: Cabin Attendant (Grade Trainee)
- Fleet Type: Airbus / ATR
Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality & Age: Indian nationals with Indian passport, between 18 to 27 years of age. Please refer to IndiGo’s official website for specific eligibility details including gender-related criteria, if any
- Education: Passed 10+2 examination from a recognised board or university
- Experience: No prior flying experience required
- Language: Fluency and clarity of speech in both English and Hindi
- Physical: Minimum height of 155 CM; height and weight proportionate to accepted BMI range (18-22)
- Appearance: Positive body language, well-groomed, with no visible tattoos or scars while in uniform
- Flexibility: Applicant should be flexible to relocate to any IndiGo base
Track 2: For Experienced Crew (Flying Experience Required)
Take your career to the next level with IndiGo. We offer roles for both mid-level and senior-level experienced candidates.
Fleet Type: Airbus / ATR
Option A: Cabin Attendant (Trainee):
- Experience: Minimum 6 months or more of continuous flying experience (excluding training period)
- Designation: Cabin Attendant (Trainee)
Option B: Senior Cabin Attendant (Trainee):
- Experience: Minimum 3 years or more of continuous flying experience
- Designation: Senior Cabin Attendant (Trainee)
Common Eligibility for Experienced Tracks:
- Nationality: Indian nationals with Indian passport. Please refer to IndiGo’s official website for specific eligibility details including gender-related criteria, if any
- Age: 21 years and above (for Senior Cabin Attendant)
- Language: Fluency and clarity of speech in both English and Hindi
