Description
Flexjet is looking for a Cabin Server to provide in-flight cabin services on its fleet of large cabin aircraft. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional level of service to passengers, ensuring their comfort, safety, and an outstanding travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Server, you will ensure a high level of service and comfort for all passengers, providing a memorable experience with the highest level of responsiveness. You will prepare and present catering and beverage orders as requested, follow procedures to prepare passengers and the aircraft for landing, and greet passengers boarding the aircraft with utmost courtesy and professionalism. Responsibilities include cleaning and organizing the cabin, maintaining appropriate stock and supplies, and keeping the Captain informed of any passenger plans or needs that may affect the flight. Additionally, you will attend to routine owner requests and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, along with 3-5 years of experience in FAR Part 135 operations and 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-end luxury hospitality service environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous FACTS Training or equivalent is preferred, as well as knowledge of cuisine and cooking skills. Prior corporate aviation experience is also preferred. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States and the ability to travel in and out of the country, as well as to all cities and countries served by Flexjet. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a professional and positive attitude, and exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple tasks are essential. The role requires sustaining physical demands such as moderate bending, lifting various weights, and sitting or standing for extended periods. Candidates must be available to work either a fixed rotating schedule of 8 days on / 6 days off or a variable schedule of 16 days per month. Residency within a 90-mile radius of a Flexjet-approved domicile is required
