We’re looking for an experienced Cabin Server to join our elite inflight team, supporting operations across our large-cabin fleet. This is a full-time position offering a rare opportunity to combine world-class hospitality with the excitement of global travel.
What You’ll Do?
As a Flexjet Cabin Server, you’ll bring elegance, professionalism, and warmth to every flight. You’ll ensure our passengers enjoy exceptional comfort and care from takeoff to landing, handling everything from fine dining to personal touches that make each journey unforgettable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and greeting passengers with poise and professionalism
- Delivering flawless in-flight service, including menu planning, catering preparation, and beverage presentation
- Maintaining cabin organization, cleanliness, and inventory levels before, during, and after each flight
- Anticipating passenger needs and coordinating closely with the Captain regarding any special requests
- Managing preflight and landing procedures with attention to detail and safety compliance
- Representing the Flexjet brand through discretion, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality
Domicile
This role is remote but requires residence within 90 miles of an approved Flexjet domicile, ideally near a major metropolitan area for flight accessibility.
What You’ll Bring?
We’re seeking someone who understands that luxury service is about thoughtfulness and precision — not just presentation. You’ll succeed in this role if you take pride in delivering memorable experiences and thrive in fast-paced, high-end environments.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in corporate or private aviation is a plus
- FACTS training or equivalent corporate aviation training preferred
- Culinary knowledge and presentation skills strongly valued
- 3–5 years of experience in FAR Part 135 operations
- 2–4 years of background in luxury hospitality or premium customer service
Skills & Attributes:
- Eligible to work in and travel freely to destinations served by Flexjet
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, positive, and adaptable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Physically fit to perform inflight service duties — including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work on a structured rotation: either 8 days on / 6 days off (fixed) or 16 days per month (variable schedule)
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This position involves both physical activity and travel. You’ll be exposed to varied conditions — from high altitudes and temperature shifts to mechanical and chemical environments typical of aviation. Cabin Servers should be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs, managing onboard supplies, and maintaining professional composure under pressure.
