We're currently seeking a Cabin Server to join our team, providing in-flight cabin services on our fleet of large cabin aircraft. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional level of service to discerning passengers.
Your Base – Where You'll Be Based
We have positions available at various locations across the United States. We prefer candidates who reside near a major metropolitan area, and you must live within a 90-mile radius of one of our approved domiciles.
What You'll Be Doing?
As a Flexjet Cabin Attendant, you'll be the face of our brand in the sky, ensuring every passenger enjoys a seamless, luxurious experience from takeoff to landing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a high level of service and comfort for all passengers throughout their journey
- Providing passengers with a memorable experience with the highest level of responsiveness and attention to detail
- Preparing and presenting catering orders and beverage orders as requested, with an emphasis on culinary excellence
- Preparing passengers and the aircraft for landing, following established procedures with precision
- Greeting passengers boarding the aircraft with the utmost courtesy and professionalism—you're the first and last impression they'll have
- Cleaning and organizing the cabin as needed, maintaining impeccable presentation standards
- Maintaining the appropriate amount of aircraft stock and supplies to ensure seamless service
- Keeping the Captain informed of any passenger plans or needs that may affect the conduct of the flight
- Attending to routine owner needs as requested, always anticipating requirements before they're expressed
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department
What We're Looking For?
This role demands a professional who combines luxury service experience with a genuine passion for hospitality. To be considered, you should bring:
- Education: An Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Aviation Experience: 3-5 years of experience in FAR Part 135 operations
- Customer Service: 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-end luxury hospitality environment
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous FACTS Training or equivalent
- Knowledge of cuisine and cooking skills—you'll be presenting gourmet meals at altitude
- Previous corporate aviation experience

- Legal ability to work in the United States
- Ability to travel in and out of the US and to all cities/countries where Flexjet serves
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and positive attitude that reflects our brand values
- Strong attention to detail while prioritizing multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule—either 8 days on / 6 days off (fixed schedule) or 16 days a month (variable schedule)
Physical Requirements
This role requires a range of physical capabilities to perform essential functions effectively:
- Moderate to considerable amount of bending and lifting of various weights, including supplies and luggage
- Physical demands associated with cleaning and stocking of aircraft
- Ability to push open and pull closed aircraft doors with a maximum force of 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods
- Must be able to visually and aurally assess conditions
Working Conditions
The work environment is dynamic and can be demanding. While performing duties, you may be exposed to:
- Moving mechanical parts
- Wet and/or humid conditions, including extreme heat and cold
- High, precarious places
- Outside weather conditions and vibration
- Chemicals, including aviation fuels and lavatory fluid
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
