What We're Looking For?
We're searching for people who bring energy, empathy, and professionalism to the aisle. Here's what you'll need to join our team:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a Baccalaureate or equivalent diploma
- Speak fluent English (B2 level)
- Communicate effectively in Spanish (B1 level)
- Possess a valid Cabin Crew Attestation
- Have a current EASA Class 2 Cabin Crew medical certificate
- Demonstrate strong swimming ability
- Show a proactive, customer-first attitude with a polished appearance
- Hold valid work authorization within the European Community
- Be geographically flexible to work across any of our Spanish bases
- Adapt easily to varying schedules and operational needs
- Have not participated in a Vueling selection process within the last six months
- It's a plus if you also speak Italian or French—or any additional languages that help us connect with our diverse passengers.
- Present a clean criminal record
