Take Your Career to New Heights – easyJet Cabin Crew, Geneva (Expression of Interest)
Where else can you have the Swiss Alps as your backdrop, a new city to explore every few days, and a team that feels like family?
easyJet is inviting enthusiastic, service-minded individuals to register their interest for Cabin Crew roles based at our Geneva hub. This is your opportunity to join one of Europe's most dynamic airlines, operating from one of the most desirable locations on the continent.
This isn't just a job—it's a lifestyle. One day you might be serving breakfast over the Mediterranean, the next you could be exploring the streets of Copenhagen on a layover. You'll work alongside a diverse, international team, make friendships that last a lifetime, and play a vital role in creating safe, memorable experiences for millions of passengers every year.
And here's the best part: you don't need previous flying experience. We're looking for people with the right attitude—positive, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about helping others. We'll take care of the rest with our world-class training programme.

- Career progression is real—many of our Cabin Managers started where you are now
- Staff travel benefits mean you and your loved ones can explore our network for less
What We're Looking For?
We're looking for warm, dependable people who can keep their cool in a busy environment and genuinely enjoy making others feel welcome.
To be considered, you'll need:
- At least 6 months' experience in a customer-facing role—maybe in hospitality, retail, events, or travel
- Fluency in spoken and written English, plus fluency in the language of your base
- A valid passport that allows you to travel freely across our network
- The unrestricted right to live and work in Switzerland (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
- To live within 90 minutes of Geneva base or be willing to relocate
A few important details:
- You'll also be involved in onboard sales, so you should be comfortable offering products to customers and handling alcohol with professionalism and a friendly smile.
- Tattoo Policy: Tattoos are absolutely fine, but they cannot be visible on the head, face, or neck. Any inappropriate designs must be covered while in uniform.
