What We’re Looking For?
You don’t need prior aviation experience to apply. What matters most is your attitude, professionalism, and passion for people. If you enjoy working in fast-paced environments, can think on your feet, and know how to make others feel welcome, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have at least 6 months of experience in a customer service or people-focused role
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and with kindness
- Stay calm under pressure and always put safety first
- Love being part of a diverse, dynamic team
- Take initiative, solve problems with empathy, and go the extra mile for customers
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Height between 157.5 cm and 190 cm (without shoes)
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Right to live and work in Switzerland, with unrestricted travel across the easyJet network
- Must live within 90 minutes of Geneva Airport
- Able to swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, and climb into a life raft
- Fit securely into a jump seat with lap belt and shoulder harness
- Pass the Swiss FOCA medical assessment
- No visible tattoos on head, face, or neck (other tattoos must be inoffensive)
- Comfortable with onboard retail sales, including alcohol, as this contributes to your commission
