The Profile We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who embody the Copa spirit and bring energy, professionalism, and a commitment to service excellence. The ideal referred candidate will have:

- Excellent customer service skills – a natural ability to connect with people and make them feel valued
- Advanced English proficiency – clear communication is essential in our international operation
- Physical fitness and mobility – the ability to work while constantly on the move

Referred Candidate Eligibility
To be eligible for referral, the candidate must:
- Be an external candidate who has not previously worked for Copa Airlines, Copa Airlines Colombia, Wingo, or any related contractors or third-party companies
- Meet the profile, qualifications, and experience required for the Cabin Crew role
Employee Eligibility
All Copa Airlines employees are eligible to participate in the referral program – with the exception of:
- Employees from the Human Resources Vice Presidency
- Members of Copa Airlines' management team
How the Referral Process Works
The referral process is simple and straightforward:
- The employee refers the candidate through the job requisition titled "Cabin Crew Referral Program" in the Talentus system
- The referred candidate accesses Talentus, confirms their interest, completes the application details, and attaches their resume
- The Talent Acquisition team reviews applications and invites candidates who meet the required profile to participate in the recruitment process
Conditions for the Referral Incentive
To qualify for the referral incentive, the following conditions must be met:
- The referred candidate must successfully complete the training course
- The referred candidate must have worked continuously for the company for three (3) months after training
- Only candidates who have not previously worked for Copa Airlines, Copa Airlines Colombia, Wingo, or related third parties may be referred
- The referral must be made through the Talentus system – referrals made outside the system will not be considered
Referral Incentive Details
- Only candidates referred through the Talentus system on or after March 11, 2026 will be considered valid for the incentive
- If two or more employees refer the same candidate and the candidate is hired, the incentive will be awarded to the employee who referred the candidate first
