    Description

Finnair is opening its 2026 Cabin Crew recruitment, and we’re looking for people who want to turn their passion for service and travel into a career in the skies. Whether you join us on a permanent or fixed-term contract, you’ll be part of a team that believes flying should be more than transportation — it should be a meaningful experience. If you’ve ever imagined a role where safety, service, and unforgettable journeys come together, this could be your chance.

    The Role

As a Finnair Cabin Crew member, your number one responsibility is ensuring the safety of everyone on board. Beyond that, you’ll be the face of Finnair hospitality — creating welcoming atmospheres, building connections with passengers from around the world, and delivering exceptional customer service. Every flight is a chance to represent Finnair’s values of care, simplicity, courage, and working together.

    What You’ll Bring?

We’re looking for service professionals who combine warmth and professionalism with strong teamwork. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

    • A positive, people-focused attitude and genuine interest in customer service
    • Team spirit and the ability to collaborate in a diverse, multicultural environment
    • Clear communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset
    • The discipline to follow safety procedures and adapt to changing situations
    • Resilience to manage irregular schedules, night shifts, and long hours while staying calm under pressure

    Requirements to Apply:

    • Minimum age: 18 years
    • Completed secondary education (upper secondary or vocational)
    • Fluency in English (Finnish highly valued; additional languages an advantage)
    • Minimum height 160 cm and ability to reach 218 cm without shoes
    • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service
    • Good health and fitness to meet EASA Part Med and Finnair standards
    • Normal hearing, colour vision, and distant visual acuity of 0.7 or better (with or without corrective lenses)
    • Ability to swim at least 40 meters
    • No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform (earrings allowed)
    • Valid EU, EEA, or Swiss passport with unrestricted worldwide travel rights
    • Clean criminal record
    • Eligible to live and work permanently in Finland, with the ability to reach Helsinki Airport within one hour when on stand-by

    Why Choose Finnair?

Joining Finnair means becoming part of an airline with deep Nordic roots and a strong international outlook. Here’s what we offer:

    • A modern fleet and safe, professional working environment
    • A company culture built on responsibility, inclusivity, and collaboration
    • A chance to work with colleagues from around the world
    • Career development opportunities and training that keep you growing
    • The pride of representing one of the most respected airlines in Europe

At Finnair, we don’t just hire crew — we welcome ambassadors who share our passion for safety, service, and Scandinavian simplicity. If you’re ready to bring your energy and dedication to our Helsinki base, we’d love to hear from you.
