Join Flexjet Europe: An Exclusive Cabin Server Role Across Continents!
Flexjet, a global leader in private aviation, is seeking an exceptional Cabin Server to join our European team. This isn't your standard inflight role—it's a truly unique opportunity that blends the sophistication of European service with an immersive temporary assignment in the United States, all while maintaining your European base. If you are passionate about crafting authentic, tailored experiences and ready to make an immediate impact with an organization that values empathy, innovation, and transparency, we would love to hear from you.
What Makes This Role Different?
Unlike traditional cabin crew positions, this assignment takes you across the Atlantic. You'll serve aboard one of the industry's most modern fleets of luxury private jets, primarily operating within Europe, while also spending time on a structured temporary assignment in the US. For those who thrive on variety, cultural experiences, and delivering elevated service at the highest level, this is a career-defining opportunity.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As the face of Flexjet in the cabin, every detail matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a memorable and effortless journey for each passenger, from the moment they step onboard to their final farewell.
- Preparing and presenting bespoke catering and beverage orders with finesse—whether it's a perfectly timed meal or a custom cocktail.
- Greeting every passenger with genuine warmth, professionalism, and the utmost courtesy.
- Keeping the Captain informed of any passenger preferences or needs that could influence the flight's flow.
- Maintaining the cabin's pristine condition, managing stock and supplies, and ensuring everything is in its place for a flawless experience.
- Attending to routine Owner requests with discretion and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
What We're Looking For?
We need someone who brings both experience and heart to this role. Our ideal candidate has:
- An associate degree or equivalent experience, with extensive time spent in business or private aviation.
- A strong background in high-end customer service—think luxury hotels, fine dining, yachting, or corporate aviation.
- Previous training as a Flight Attendant, Cabin Server, or Butler—this is strongly preferred.
- A genuine knowledge and passion for cuisine, cooking techniques, and mixology. You don't just serve; you take pride in the presentation and pairing.
- The legal ability to work in the territories Flexjet serves (Europe and the US), along with the flexibility to travel across all the cities and countries we operate in.
Skills & Personal Attributes
We move quickly in private aviation, and you'll need to keep pace. Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- A professional, positive, and polished attitude in every interaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, even while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical readiness for moderate to considerable bending, lifting various weights (including supplies, catering, and luggage), and standing or sitting for extended periods.
- The ability to push open and pull closed aircraft doors with a maximum force of 13kgs.
- The visual and aural awareness needed to assess cabin conditions and passenger needs at all times.
Your Schedule & Base
We understand the importance of work-life balance, even in a demanding role. This position follows a 15 days on / 15 days off rotation. While on duty in the United States, your schedule will comply with Part 135/91k regulations. During your US assignment, you will be required to position at a selected base for the duration of your tour.
Visa & Work Authorization
Flexjet will manage and administer all visa requirements on your behalf, ensuring a smooth process for this transatlantic role.
What the Work Environment Is Like?
Private aviation is dynamic and sometimes demanding. You will regularly work around moving mechanical parts, encounter wet or humid conditions (including extreme heat and cold), and may be exposed to aviation fuels and lavatory fluids. The noise level can be loud at times. However, for the right person, the rewards—both professional and personal—far outweigh the challenges. Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Ready for a Cross-Continental Career?
If you are an experienced Cabin Server ready for an exclusive, cross-continental role with a global leader in private aviation, we encourage you to apply. Your next adventure—across Europe and the United States—awaits.
