Your Role: Elevate Every Journey
As a VIP Flight Attendant with Elit'Avia, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, refined, and highly personalized onboard experience. You'll work closely with the flight crew and ground teams to ensure every detail is flawless, from pre-flight preparation to post-flight duties. Your role is pivotal in creating an atmosphere of calm, luxury, and discretion for the principal and their guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-end inflight service in line with the owner's standards and preferences—every detail matters
- Plan and prepare catering, cabin provisioning, and service details before each flight—anticipation is key
- Maintain the cabin to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and readiness
- Carry out all safety and emergency duties in accordance with applicable aviation regulations—safety is non-negotiable
- Work closely with the flight crew and ground teams to ensure seamless operations—teamwork makes the difference
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the principal, guests, and all flight activities—discretion is paramount
Requirements
To succeed in this elite role, you'll need a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities that align with our high standards:
Language Skills
- Professional fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)—essential for serving the principal and their guests
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Flight Attendant in VIP, VVIP, or private/business aviation—you understand the nuances of serving high-profile clientele
- In-depth knowledge of luxury inflight service, fine dining, and hospitality standards—you know what excellence looks like
- Current cabin crew safety training, or the ability to obtain it—safety is our top priority
Personal Qualities
- A polished, professional manner, with a high level of discretion and attention to detail
- Willingness to reside permanently in Lagos, Nigeria—this is a residential role
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays according to the flight schedule
- Comfortable working within a private owner / VVIP environment—you thrive in a high-profile setting
Documentation
- Valid travel documents and the ability to travel internationally at short notice
- Holding additional visas will be considered an advantage
