Join TUI's Nordic Cabin Crew Team at Göteborg Landvetter – Where Safety Meets Heartfelt Service!

Do you have a natural talent for making people feel looked after? TUI, one of the world's most loved travel companies, is growing our Cabin Crew team at Göteborg Landvetter Airport (GOT). We're searching for positive, engaged, and flexible individuals who want to turn their passion for service and travel into a truly rewarding career. If safety matters to you as much as a warm smile, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

What You'll Do: Create Happiness at 30,000 Feet

As part of our onboard team, you become a "maker of happy"—someone who puts customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do. Your days will be a rewarding mix of first-class service, friendly sales, and, above all, unwavering attention to safety.

You'll follow safety, first aid, and service procedures with discipline and confidence. But you'll also bring genuine warmth to every interaction, adapting your communication style to connect with passengers and colleagues alike. Whether handling an unexpected situation onboard or welcoming a nervous flyer, your emotional intelligence and calm demeanor will shine.

    What We're Looking For?

We believe the right attitude is just as important as experience. You'll thrive in this role if you:

    • Genuinely enjoy serving others and are motivated to go the extra mile, every single time.
    • Are excited to complete and confidently use our training in safety, first aid, and service.
    • Can stay calm, solve problems on the spot, and juggle multiple tasks—even under pressure.
    • Are a true team player with excellent communication instincts.
    • Speak fluent Swedish and English (around CEFR B2 or ILR level 3).
    • Bring a flexible, positive attitude to a role where no two workdays ever look the same.

    Our Requirements – Practical Details

Before applying, please make sure you meet the following:

    • You turn 18 by October 1, 2026 at the latest.
    • Standing barefoot with your feet flat on the floor, you can reach a height of 1.89 meters (6 feet 2 inches).
    • You are able to sit and properly fasten yourself in the aircraft's fold-down jump seat, including the shoulder harness.
    • You can swim at least 25 meters.
    • You are willing to undergo psychoactive testing and complete EASA medical examinations throughout your employment.
    • You are comfortable working shifts within a 24/7 flight schedule and can report for duty in full uniform at Landvetter within 90 minutes of being called.
    • You hold a valid Swedish, EU, or Swiss passport with at least six months of remaining validity, and you meet the requirements to apply for necessary travel authorizations (such as the UK's Electronic Travel Authorisation). Final candidates will also need to pass a security vetting and present valid vaccination certificates.

    What TUI Offers You?

We believe in taking care of our people. When you join us, you'll receive:

    • Access to our Benify portal, featuring attractive employee discounts on a wide range of products and services.
    • Life insurance and occupational injury insurance for peace of mind.
    • Corporate health care and a wellness allowance of 3,000 SEK to support your well-being.
    • An occupational pension according to the ITP plan.

    Ready to Make People Happy?

If this sounds like your kind of career—rewarding, varied, and built on genuine human connection—we would love to see your application. Come help us create the holiday smiles that TUI is known for, all from your base at Göteborg Landvetter.
