For its subsidiary FMS – FLEET MANAGEMENT SERVICES, a company specializing in passenger air transport (private airline, business aviation), the Bolloré Group is recruiting a Flight Attendant. Your Mission: Deliver Unparalleled Service at 45,000 Feet
Reporting to the company's Operations Director, under the responsibility of the Captain, and working directly with the crew, you will be responsible for ensuring passengers' comfort and well-being on board the aircraft and providing them with an excellent flight experience. You will work in a demanding environment where rigor, discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential.
Your Main Responsibilities
Onboard Service
- Prepare the cabin before each flight and check the cabin and aircraft equipment—ensuring everything is perfect for departure
- Welcome passengers and assist them during boarding—you're the first face they see
- Provide onboard service according to business aviation standards—delivering a refined, personalized experience
- Respond quickly and courteously to passengers' requests and needs—communicating effectively to ensure their satisfaction
- Coordinate with other crew members to ensure smooth and efficient service
Ground Duties
- Prepare menus for passengers and submit catering proposals to Operations, place press orders, and make specific purchases
- Collect the pilots' requirements and order crew meals
- Manage product inventory and regularly update the inventory tracking document
- Carry out aircraft inventory, loading, and unloading
- Handle aircraft restocking during maintenance
- Ensure the aircraft are clean and in good condition for flights
Profile Requirements
To succeed in this elite role, you'll need a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities:
- Hold a valid CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation) —essential for the role
- Significant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position, in business and/or private aviation
- Excellent interpersonal skills—you connect easily with passengers and colleagues
- A strong sense of service and high-end service standards—you understand what true luxury means
- Discretion and confidentiality—you handle sensitive information with the utmost care
- Ability to work effectively in demanding environments—you remain calm under pressure
- Able to work independently, anticipate needs, take initiative, respond quickly, and handle unexpected situations
- Fluent English and proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office) are essential

- Headquarters: FMS headquarters are located in Puteaux, where travel will be required, particularly for meetings
