What You'll Be Doing?
The selected candidates will be sent to a training internship lasting approximately four months with the aim of integrating into the workplace. This comprehensive program will prepare you for a rewarding career in the skies, equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service to passengers across Neos's global network.
As a Flight Attendant, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout every phase of flight
- Delivering exceptional in-flight service with warmth and professionalism
- Representing Neos with pride and professionalism at all times
- Working effectively as part of a team to create a seamless travel experience
What We're Looking For?
To join our team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Age and Documentation
- Aged 18 or over
- Valid EU passport
- Category B driving licence
Education
- High school degree (no specific address required)
Physical Requirements
- Height not less than 165 cm—with the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoe with arms outstretched, without shoes or other support
- Good visual acuity—contact lenses allowed
- Good swimming capacity
- Accurate image—well-groomed and professional appearance
- No tattoos/piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing uniform
Language Skills
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (minimum level B1)—clear communication is essential
Background and Compliance
- Absence of a criminal record
- Willingness to undergo vaccination against yellow fever
Personal Qualities
- Predisposition to interpersonal relationships—you connect easily with people
- Ability to work effectively even under pressure—you remain calm and composed
- Attitude to group work—you collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility, punctuality, proactivity, and adaptability—you thrive in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work on shifts, including night shifts
