Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must possess a minimum high school education degree and hold an Initial Safety Training Attestation or Initial Training Certificate. Candidates must be medically fit to meet aircrew requirements and fluent in English (Level B1, B2). The ideal candidate will exhibit high energy, perseverance, flexibility, and initiative, and will thrive both individually and in team settings. Loyalty, honesty, comprehension, and a sense of occasion are essential qualities. Applicants should be good with figures and, while experience in the service industry (e.g., guide, nurse, waitress, hairdresser) is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates must have a good physical and mental condition, with a height between 165-190 cm, a weight proportionate to height, and fair sight. Must be able to swim at least 200 meters (fully clothed) and have a clean criminal record without any unacceptable remarks.
