As a Cabin Crew member with Kuwait Airways, you’ll be more than just the face of the airline — you’ll be an ambassador of our values. From the moment passengers step onboard until they arrive at their destination, you’ll play a key role in shaping their impression of Kuwait Airways.
What You’ll Do?
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout each flight, including during emergencies
- Deliver exceptional inflight service, making every customer feel welcome and valued
- Adhere to Kuwait Airways and DGCA safety regulations, procedures, and operational standards
- Manage inflight tasks efficiently, from passenger assistance to cabin preparation and post-flight duties
- Represent the airline with pride, professionalism, and cultural awareness
Who We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking individuals who embody poise, confidence, and empathy — professionals who can balance warmth and authority with ease.
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Kuwaiti nationals: Ages 20 to 34
- Non-Kuwaiti nationals: Ages 20 to 32
- Education: High school diploma (12 years of education)
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Appearance: Well-groomed, presentable, and physically fit for cabin duties
- Personality: Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for customer service
- Minimum height: 160 cm, with weight proportionate to height
