We are currently seeking a polished and proactive Cabin Attendant to join our Flight Operations team based in Dubai. This is a pivotal role for a dedicated individual who understands the nuanced demands of private aviation and takes pride in delivering seamless, discreet, and exceptional service to our distinguished clientele.
Your Mission: The Art of Discreet Excellence
In this role, you will be the central figure in crafting the inflight experience, acting as the vital link between the cockpit and our passengers. Your primary duty is to ensure the absolute safety, security, and comfort of every flight. You will take full ownership of the cabin environment, from meticulous pre-flight preparation to gracious in-flight hospitality and thorough post-flight duties, all while maintaining the highest standards of ExecuJet's protocols.
A Day in Your Role Encompasses:
- Serving as a key partner to the flight deck crew, assisting in the safe and efficient operation of the flight and immediately communicating any cabin emergencies.
- Upholding the highest safety standards throughout the cabin, galley, and lavatories, and conducting comprehensive passenger safety briefings.
- Executing all cabin safety and emergency procedures in strict accordance with our operational manuals.
- Curating a five-star travel experience, including VIP menu planning, gourmet catering within budget, and impeccable food, beverage, and table presentation.
- Managing all aspects of cabin upkeep: thorough cleaning, meticulous restocking of supplies, and ensuring the aircraft is presented immaculately for every departure.
- Completing all required cabin documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintaining impeccable personal grooming, uniform standards, and ensuring all personal documentation (passport, visas, licenses, medicals) are always valid and current.
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of VIP etiquette, international protocol, and cultural sensitivity.
The Profile We Seek
We are looking for more than experience; we are looking for character. The ideal candidate is a natural ambassador who embodies professionalism and discretion.
Your Foundation (Requirements):
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Proficiency in Russian is a strong and preferred advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience within corporate/private aviation, serving aircraft owners or principal clients.
- Proven experience operating as a sole cabin attendant (single crew operation).
- The ability to hold or obtain Schengen, UK, and USA visas with at least 12 months' validity.
- Foundational skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- A corporate aviation background is strongly preferred.
