About the Role
As a Cabin Crew Member, you’ll be the face of AEGEAN on every flight. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, while creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere onboard. From assisting during boarding to serving with a smile mid-flight, you’ll play an essential part in helping our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable journey.

What We’re Looking For?
- A high school diploma (a university degree is considered a plus)
- Fluency in both Greek and English, spoken and written
- Knowledge of an additional language such as French, Russian, Italian, or German is a strong advantage
- A friendly, professional attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A natural passion for service and representing Greek hospitality with pride
