Join the TUI Family as Cabin Crew at Stockholm Arlanda!

Do you dream of a career that blends travel, genuine human connection, and a real sense of purpose? TUI is looking for warm, focused, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Cabin Crew team at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. If you love creating memorable experiences, take safety seriously, and thrive in an environment where every day looks different, we'd love to hear from you.

    What You'll Be Doing Onboard?

As part of our cabin crew, you're much more than a flight attendant—you're a "maker of happy." That means delivering friendly, first-class service with a natural sales touch that comes from a genuine desire to help. Whether it's offering a warm welcome, assisting with a question, or making sure a nervous traveler feels at ease, you'll put customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.

Safety always comes first. You'll follow all procedures with care and precision—covering safety, first aid, and onboard service—while staying curious and open to learning more. You're someone who communicates clearly and confidently, with emotional intelligence that helps you build trust with passengers and colleagues alike. You work enthusiastically toward team goals, adapt smoothly to changes (whether a schedule shift or an unexpected situation onboard), and you're happy to embrace new technology and encourage others to do the same.

    What We Need From You?

Before applying, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

    • You have turned 18 by October 1, 2026
    • You can reach a height of 1.89 meters (6 feet 2 inches) with bare feet flat on the floor
    • You can sit and properly fasten yourself in the aircraft's flip seat (including shoulder harness)
    • You can swim at least 25 meters
    • You are willing to undergo psychoactive tests and EASA medical examinations throughout your employment
    • You can understand, speak, and write good Swedish and English (at least CEFR B2 or ILR level 3)
    • You can work shifts within a 24/7 flight schedule and report in full uniform at Landvetter within 90 minutes when on call
    • You hold a valid Swedish, EU, or Swiss passport with at least six months of remaining validity
    • You meet requirements for necessary visas, including the Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) for entry to the United Kingdom
    • You are ready to undergo and pass a security vetting, and can present valid vaccination certificates as required

    Your Personality Matters to Us

We're looking for people who truly care. You have a natural commitment to service and go the extra step without being asked. You're motivated to complete and excel in our training for safety, first aid, and service—and you'll use that knowledge confidently on every flight. Multitasking comes naturally to you, and you stay calm and solution-focused when things get busy. You're a genuine team player, fluent in both Swedish and English, which helps everything run smoothly. Most of all, you have a flexible, positive spirit and thrive knowing that no two workdays are ever the same.

We believe in taking care of our team, both professionally and personally. Here's what you can expect when you join us:
